45 minute start-up meeting: Free
A startup meeting is a 30-45 minute online meeting where we talk about what you need and what I can offer. We get to know each other a little better and find out if we should start a course custom tailored to you.
2 month course: EUR 470
After a start-up meeting, we will typically start a course of 6 sessions spread over 2 months. This may vary slightly from person to person, but both my personal experience and scientific research show that 2 months is a good time frame to make both small and big changes in life.
Sessions in this course are either a physical meeting, an online meeting, or a mixture as desired. If possible, the first session is always a physical meeting.
